BICA-PICA OH! SNACK stands out for being produced from ingredients of natural origin and has the advantage of having a high protein, low fat, gluten-free and lactose-free content. According to Cecília Carlos, COO of Salsicharia da Gardunha, “these are the ideal snacks, whether for a break during the day, or for moments when the family or friends get together, revealing the tradition of a family business”.
The new Portuguese snack brand was present at Food Matters 2019, which took place at the ExCel Exhibition Center in London on the 19th and 20th of November, representing Portugal alongside several international innovative products in the food, health and nutrition areas. Food Matters Live is one of the world’s largest exhibitions of food innovation, especially oriented towards the B2B channel. Sixty-two countries and more than a hundred new products were represented, revealing the latest trends in food, nutrition and health. This was the final test for BICA-PICA OH! SNACK, which was launched in Portugal in early 2020.26"
